Wedding events

With the goal of offering you stress and worry-free event planning, our Serenity, Tranquility, Zen packages, and A-La-Carte and additional Services are designed to create your dream occasion!

During the initial consultation you will have the opportunity to meet your Event Planner and determine compatibility. We will discuss your budget, vision and ideas and learn about your likes and dislikes as well. Based on the information given and your expectations, we will present you with the package that best suits your needs.

PACKAGE #1 - Serenity

This package is perfect for the client who has done all the planning and just wants a professional coordinator at the event. We play a vital role respectfully overseeing set up, vendors, answering questions, assisting all guests and participants, to ensure all the activities fall into place and everything runs smoothly.

$1,200

Consulting services include the following:

  • Complementary initial consultation with client.
  • Ten (10) hours of a professional coordinator present throughout your event event to make sure décor is perfect and everything runs smoothly (additional hours may be provided if desired*)
  • Assist with all pre-event set up and oversee event (ensure vendors are present, set up all equipment, turn on A/C or heater if needed, sound system, A/V, etc)
  • Assist with questions, (help with seating arrangements, instruct helpers with duties, direct guests/participants)
  • Keep vendors in sync with timing of activities and any changes that may occur

*Additional Hours will be billed at $75.00/Hr

PACKAGE #2 - TRANQUILITY

This package is for the client who has some of the planning already done and due to time constraints or other reasons, needs assistance in getting to the finish line. “A Day to Remember” is able to pick up where the client left off and making sure that the events meets their goals and is done within budget.

$1,500

Consulting services include this:
  • Complementary initial consultation with client.
  • Twenty (20) hours to complete the event (Additional hours may be provided if desired*)
  • The use of Event Planner’s vendor resources (As listed in A la Carte menu)
  • Coordination of the wrap up meeting to finalize and pull everything together
  • Put your event into perspective (vendors, timing, music, activities, important details, etc.)
  • Walk through of event site and overseeing the event, and assuring the set up of everything the day of

*Additional Hours will be billed at $75.00/Hr

PACKAGE #3 - ZEN

This full service package puts our client’s mind at ease, knowing every detail of their event is covered. Full Service allows us to do all the planning, coordination and oversight of the entire event from start to finish. This service allows “A Day to Remember” to handle every facet of your event; from the initial consultation to when the event is complete.

$3,500

Consulting services include the following:

  • Complimentary initial consultation with client
  • phone and email availability
  • Assistance in preparing a budget
  • Prepare a schedule, timeline and checklists
  • Arranging with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
  • Assist with selecting a complete set up including flowers and all table arrangements
  • Assist with color scheme, theme and style of the event decor
  • Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
  • Providing, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors (As listed in the A la Carte Menu)
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure services, set ups and products are provided in a timely manner
  • Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
  • Assist with the choosing of a variety of invitations
  • Assistance with tracking RSVP’s and who will be attending
  • Ceremony planning
  • Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
  • Walk-through with client at selected venue sites of the event
  • Consultation to review and finalize with vendors the month of the event and the week prior to the event
  • Meeting and reviewing of all details with client, the month of the event and the week prior to the event.

*Additional Hours will be billed at $75.00/Hr

A LA CARTE SERVICES

These are additional vendor services that can be added on individually to any of the above packages or used to customize a package based on our client’s needs. A La Carte allows us to do the planning, coordination and oversight of the specific services that you want us to handle (finding the perfect location, photographer, band, rentals, audio visual, lighting, etc…)

On-site Assistance – Oversee the entire event with a professional planner to ensure a flawless event!

Bar Tenders and Servers – Are based on reliability, service quality, professional certified staffing and a sincere commitment to providing the highest standards in customer satisfaction.

Cigar rolling station – We provide you with a top quality Cigar Rolling expert for an experience that will last in your guest’s memory forever. Whether it is a wedding, corporate party, or promotional event we have a package that will meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

Invitations - Custom designed to reflect your style and vision.

Photographer – Using an artistic and unique approach to capture the beauty of those special moments and the people in them. This unobtrusive style allows everyone to enjoy the event.

Videographer – That will produce a record of the occasion that will last a lifetime.

Wedding Cakes – Delicious cakes that are designed and uniquely decorated to perfection and to impress.

Rentals – Finding the best possible options for your design concept. - Tables and Chairs and Chair covers - Linen – Transform ordinary tables into extraordinary - Tents – Can be used for cocktails and/or reception. Tents are empty canvases that have endless possibilities. “You dream it and we will create it” - Lighting, Staging, Canopy and Drapery – Will highlight the décor and transform any space into an exquisite environment.

Entertainment – We provide you with the top notch entertainers that create an enchanted mood and will have you and your guests dancing the night away. - Live band - DJ Services - Piano

Flower Décor – We will create for you a décor that will have your guests in awe as they step into another world. (Includes all table centerpieces)
